During your wonder-walks this week, select a few ways to connect deeper with your everyday through symbolic storytelling. Look out for archetypal images that you are drawn to for narrative fodder.
Suggestions on where symbols could be hiding around you: the cosmos, the elements, the plant and animal kingdom, spirit worlds and the human world, including our bodies, habitats, objects.
Pay attention to the suggested walks and adventures and select the ones you're most drawn to, or that aligns with your Labyrinth Journey.
How To Adventure with Your Guardians:
- Curious Rabbits: Notice the symbols and archetypes that attract your attention around you and follow the rabbit holes.
- Wonder-Walkers: Challenge yourself to experience the symbols you're drawn to in your environment through all five senses.
- Magic-Makers: Bring along a camera, a sketchbook or a travel paint set to record the symbolic stories that come up.
- Truth-Finders: Pay attention to how symbolic storytelling transforms the way you inhabit and experience the world around you.
- Secret Gardeners: Dig deeper into the symbols you encounter in the wild. Look them up, research its historical, archetypal or psychological significance.
- Myth-Weavers & Enchanted Explorers: Consider connecting your previous month's portal experiences and projects with your symbolism adventures.

- Curious Rabbits: Choose the form that inspires you, one that you will be excited to use. Don't overthink this, your Explorer's Companion will continue to evolve as you progress through the Labyrinth. Just have fun with this first iteration!
- Wonder-Walkers: Consider the Explorer's Companion as a place to record nature observations, each Realm notebook or section helps you process and understand your physical world in a deeper way.
- Magic-Makers: Think about how the Explorer's Companion can serve your creative expression or artistic practice. How can you set it up so that it will help inspire lots of ideas for creative play?
- Truth-Finders: You're looking to connect with your inner world through your outer explorations and adventures. Set it up in a way that richly inspires your inner life.
- Myth-Weavers: Consider themed Explorers' Companions that fit in the larger world you have built. You might have other project notebooks as well going on, how can this complement the rest of the set?
- Secret Gardeners: Learning and studying is a priority right now. Set up your Explorer's Companion so that information can be easily retrieved and processed. Let it serve this wonderful sponge stage.
- Enchanted Explorers: Consistency is what matters. Your Explorer's Companion should be set up in a way that makes it convenient to use, part of your daily or weekly rhythms and rituals.

We examine our favorite stories for captivating symbols in place and explore how they might influence the way we weave our own stories and inhabit our own landscapes.

Inspiration-hunting With Your Guardians:
How can you be more intentional with your inspiration? So many ways to explore symbolism, it can get overwhelming. Here's how to stay focused:
- Magic-Makers, Myth-Weavers and Enchanted Explorers: how can the symbols in the stories you're attracted inspire your creative projects?
- Truth-Finders: What kind of symbolic stories do you connect with most? Start there and record your feelings.
- Wonder-Walkers: How will exploring the symbols in landscape or place through a story enrich your physical world exploring?
- Curious Rabbits and Secret Gardeners: Have fun, dig in, delight in the symbolic stories that attract you the most. Give yourself permission to go down the rabbit hole!
The beautiful thread that wove our stories together today was one of of belonging to the land, of asking where we come from and looking to the images that appear around us in nature for answers. We discovered that our symbols overlapped like tree roots, wrapping around us together as kindred spirits.

Let you symbols emerge organically. Observe when they might appear repeatedly.
