October's Wonder-Adventure Plan
Finding quiet and calm in our everyday in order to really listen to our inner wisdom needs to be a conscious effort in an increasingly noisy, distracting world.
Where, when and how do you listen best?
Pay attention to the suggested walks and adventures and select the ones that will best help you find stillness and peace this next few weeks.
How To Adventure with Your Guardians:
- Curious Rabbits: Notice the times, places or everyday scenarios that provides a slice of quiet and peace. How can you invite more of it?
- Wonder-Walkers: Pay attention to the places and times that are best for a quiet, peaceful walk. Make a list of them so you can return to these whenever you need some stillness.
- Magic-Makers: Take photos or paint your favorite quiet spot. Print these photos or post these site paintings on your wall so you can be reminded of how they make you feel when you're there.
- Truth-Finders: Pay attention to the recurring symbols that pop up over and over on your walk when you relax into the land. Ponder what they might mean to you and your journey.
- Secret Gardeners: Learn a new way to create stillness - start a meditation ritual, learn yoga, experiment with meditative walking. Read books by Thich Naht Hahn. Dive deeper into the art of stillness.
- Myth-Weavers & Enchanted Explorers: Weave in the epiphanies and symbols that arise in stillness walks or adventures into your work or current projects.
